D&I COUNCIL STRATEGIC PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

EXECUTIVE DIVERSITY STORYTELLING

Executive Diversity Stories are some of the most powerful and underutilized tools in the arsenal of change towards more inclusive workplaces. But they must be shared to make an impact. AIE has developed a program to assist leaders in developing and sharing their stories as a tool for organizational transformation, and for creating a more inclusive environment.
